At this time, we are accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Anthem, United Healthcare, Cigna, and Aetna.
Payments
Until we are able to bill your insurance, payments will be made at the time of service. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash payments. HSA and FSA cards can also be used.
Cancellation Policy
At Well Balanced, we understand that life happens and that we are not always able to make our appointments. If you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of your visit cost.
